- 1lb Byrd backfin or lump crab meat
- 3/4 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 small eggs
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash of pepper
- Bread crumbs
- sprinkle paprika
Thoroughly mix together all ingredients except crab meat, crumbs and paprika.
Add Byrd backfin or lump crab meat and paprika, toss lightly.
Put in buttered 2 qt casserole dish top with bread crumbs, sprinkle with paprika
Bake @ 350 about 25 minutes.
