1 lb Byrd Jumbo Lump crab meat
1 tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp melted butter
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 oz half-and-half
½ tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of paprika
¼ cup shredded cheese
Combine and mix all Imperial ingredients except crab meat (not topping ingredients at this time).
In a separate bowl gently separate Byrd crab meat and pour Imperial ingredients over crab meat and blend gently to avoid breaking the jumbo lumps.
Place blended Imperial ingredients in a shallow baking dish or 4 individual ramekins, and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
While the Imperial ingredients are cooking, combine all Imperial toppings, except cheddar cheese. Once Imperial ingredients have cooked, spoon the Imperial topping over and top with cheddar cheese. Place under broiler until cheese has melted and started to brown.
