Maryland Crab Soup

2 tbs cooking oil
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
4 cups mixed vegetables
28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
3 cups vegetable broth or water
2 tbs Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 lb Byrd Claw crab meat


Place all ingredients except crab meat in 4 qt saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add crab meat and simmer for 10 minutes more.
